For City of Forest Day, join NYC Parks staff on a hike around Pugsley Creek Park to explore the diversity of fall fungi. Volunteers will learn how to identify these organisms and learn how to make iNaturalist observations of any other signs of nature you find along the way. Please bring water and a snack as well as your smartphone or camera! We will stay on trails and the hike will not be strenuous, but we will be walking for about an hour, so please dress appropriately.
